Sometimes people find tit hard to carry on in a relationship , and it seems like it's all becoming boring and annoying "Like if you see your spouse you just feel like the both of you are not suppose to be together or you get tired of seeing him or her".

    Now I'm going to give you 6 perfect tips to keep the Relationship going smooth and fresh, what i will be showing you might not be the best of tips but i promise you it will help a lot, just read this article carefully and if you like you can leave a comment or share.

        Let me now show you these 6 perfect tips i got for you;

1. Start over
        You know when two people first get together, everything still looks sweet, new, exciting, beautiful and all that. They overlook the little annoying things the other person does.
      Now, with time the nagging starts, instead of making good comment on each other like "You look great or you look beautiful" then you hear things like "why are you wearing this shirt". Now if this sounds like your relationship, the both of you need to sit down and be honest that things have changed. Remember the things both of you did at the beginning of the relationship that created the attraction in the first place. Make a commitment to start over. It won't be easy but it is possible.
  Hint: Start by forgiving each other, forgetting the past and then start over with flirtation. It will take some time but be patient.

2.The power of Touch
         this is one of the best ways of getting things going. the power of touch is not touch in a sexual way, but an affectionate way (There is a difference).
       Playing with your mate's hair, rubbing their hand, a soft  pat on the leg or giving a gentle back rub will make a huge difference in how your mate responds to you. If i may ask, when was the last time you walked up to your mate for no reason and without saying a word, affectionately placed a kiss on their neck?.

3. Needed Space
     This one is very important. We all know it is important to spend quality time together as couples but do you also know it is important to give each other time to do something we like on our own. If your mate loves football but you have no desire to stay and watch people running around the stadium kicking a round object with their legs or if you like to do something different , encourage each other to take time apart. During this time alone you and your mate will stay apart when you come back together, try not to drill them to see what they did, whom they were with, where they went or else this exercise has failed.

4. Communicate
             Now we all know it is often easier to be just quiet than to get mad. when couples are having one problem or the other in a relationship, the first thing they stop doing is communicating and now the first thing you start when building back your relationship is start communicating with each other again. This will require that both individuals let down their guards and pretty much throw caution to the wind. Healing in a relationship won't start until you and your mate talk.'
      Make an agreement to talk about anything and everything and that you will listen and really listen. Now i know you will not agree on everything which is perfectly fine. However, If you do not agree, don't yell, rather both of you calmly discuss the issue together and work out a solution. This is not easy to do either but within a short time you will both feel much better as a couple.

5. Say it with words
        Now saying it with words doesn't necessarily mean you speak the words out of your mouth. Surprise your mate with little notes found in unexpected places. If your mate travels for work, place a loving note somewhere in their suitcase. Maybe they stay long in work. If so, slip a note saying "I Love You", in their CD case where you know they will find it.
           Be creative and have fun!
